Replaced asphalt shingle roof combined with TPO commercial style low-slop (flat) roof.
Also custom designed solution to resolve stubborn leaks in the large dormer area, where:
We were dealing with relatively low-slop (flat) roof, however we had to use asphalt shingles on it for an appearance reason;
It was virtually no room to provide insulation together with intake ventilation to eliminate damaging heat build-up in this tiny attic;
We were not allowed to build insulation over that roof deck since this would alter the house appearance.
Also replaced skylight while increasing size of it.
And also replaced some gutters and some carpentry work.
