Stubborn leak in leaving room was not resolved by several contractors for near a decade.
Builder of the room addition there has redone this whole roof area as a part of project, when leaking problem has started.
At least few attempts by the builder's roofer and builder's sider were not able to resolve it.
Then independent roofers tried to fix this, with no results accomplished.
The latest contractor has replaced the entire roof and whole siding. The same stubborn leak did not go away.
Finally in 2013 we fixed that for good. No problems since.
