Swistun was recommended by another contractor that I have used many times and trust.
We had a hard to find leak where two sections of our roof connected and multiple roof companies could not find the problem or were not willing to try and fix it.
Swistun did charge for the initial investigate and quote but Casey did a very through and complete job.
He found the source of the leak we had discovered as well as two other problems we did not know about. Casey provided detailed photos and explanations of the problems as well as multiple options at different cost points to repair each of the issues. Throughout the project his team was very prompt and professional. After the project he send detailed photos of exactly what work was performed and took care of all permit inspections.
Since the work the leak has not returned and we are very happy with the services Swistun provided.
