2-year old house. Huge "waterfall" happen during ice dam melt in spring of 2014. Per homeowner suggestion, we have created complete copper exit of this relatively tiny roof exit. In addition so called "heavy duty" gutter hangers were replaced with superior strength custom made hangers.
