Replaced near 70 square previously installed TPO roofing. Prior TPO roofing failed due to:
Improperly created roof-to walls connections. Not taken in consideration, that metal flashing expends.
Not well enough securely attached roof edge flashing. It got pulled in by TPO membrane stretching forces all around the roof.
Standing water.
Low quality and purely installed drains.
We've replaced this roof with its complete tear off. The entire roof got pitched with tapered ISO insulation. All roof edges were raised accordingly with well secured flashing installed. Skylights were replaced with new ones as well. New roofing membrane: GAF EverGuard 60 mil.
