Fixed stubborn leaks under copper/shingle roofs connected with stone veneer and stucco walls – Project 18051801

Stubborn leaks were not fixed by many, since the remodeling was done around a decade ago. Now, they are finally fixed!

This project did involve:
- Partial shingle roofing replacement while improving insulation/ventilation system;
- Copper roof replacement while: (1) allowing metal panels to move, and (2) creation of safety drainage system (a small internal gutter, besides the ice barrier) under curved connection of copper arch area with copper flat roof area;
- Flashing of shingle roof to stone veneer walls which required removal and reinstallation of stone veneer in specific areas.
